Same city.
A different story.
A quest, explained

There’s always something you haven’t noticed yet. Follow your curiosity, try something different, and turn an ordinary place into a story worth remembering.
Go somewhere new · Follow your curiosity · Find something you love
Walk past it every day.
Discover it for the first time.
Kirkgate Market, Leeds
Find something you’ve never tried.
Wander through Kirkgate Market. Follow whatever catches your eye — a smell, a colour, a stall you’ve always walked past — and choose something new.
Built for the real world
Designed to use location only when it’s needed, so you stay in control.
Verification happens around the moment of completion, not continuous tracking.
Community quests are planned around appropriate real-world places, with respect for local communities.
ROVOYA is currently in development, with our first pilot planned for Leeds. We’re not publicly open yet.
No. ROVOYA is designed to make exploring your own city more interesting too. Some of the best discoveries can be close to home.
A quest combines a real place with something to do or notice there—giving you a reason to experience somewhere rather than simply look it up.
Our current direction is for ordinary community quests to remain free to discover and complete. The Leeds pilot is focused on testing the experience, not monetisation.
That’s part of the direction we’re building toward. We want useful local discoveries to be able to become experiences that other people can find and try.
